Pichon is located five kilometers northwest of Ti Riviere at an altitude of 500 m. The well is located next to the road to Mare Rouge.

The well is 58 meters deep, the water column reaches 13 meters. Originally, the well was fitted with a foot pump Vergnet. Currently it has a solar electric pump and is equipped with a water reservoir.

The drilling mission, during which the well Anastázie was built, was financially supported by the St. Elizabeth College of Health and Social Work.
